Our Policies



Financial Policy


We believe it is our obligation and responsibility to provide you and your pet with the most progressive medical and surgical services.
Out of necessity, our fees are structured to support this type of service.  Therefore, we encourage you to discuss your pet’s treatment program prior to and during the treatment process.
An estimate can be prepared to assist you in any anticipated cost for the care of your pet.
We require full payment at the time services are rendered.
For you convenience, we accept, cash, checks, and credit cards.

Patient Arrival Policy


For the safety of clients and patients, all animals should be properly controlled by being on a leash or in an appropriate carrier.



Appointments


In order to give each pet and client adequate time for proper care and attention, we ask that all visits be by appointment basis.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why there may be an appointment delay.  Please understand that we make a sincere effort to see each patient on time.
We also offer Drop-Off appointments.  These appointments allow you to leave your pet with us during the day.  The veterinarian will examine your pet between appointments or during scheduled time for admitted patients.  Once the doctor has completed his examination, you will receive a call that your pet is ready.  The doctor will go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions. Your pet can then be picked up at your convenience.
